2007 Don't ever go to this doctor.  The doctor office is very unprofessional, my experience with them is like hell.  I requested the nurse to call in a prescription for my mom and she had a huge attitude.  Throwing the phone, breathing heavily and complaining she's busy.  I had the telephone number of the pharmacy and she wants me to call them back for the fax number.  Which I had no problem doing, but I know Walgreen's pharmacy requires the doctors office to call for the fax number.  I said to the receptionist that it's her job to call and fax prescription to pharmacy and she did nothing but complaint.  I had enough of her than ask to speak to the doctor and she hung up ( 3 times ) on me.  Then finally when I spoke to Dr. Guan, instead of understanding the situation and improve the service to customer, he said I am making a big deal out of this and told me that he had already listen to his receptionist side of the story and I shouldn't make a big deal.  Then he was telling me that he have hundreds of patience and what is one opionion going to count.  Dr. Guan had given me an impression that he don't care how his receptionist treat his patience and as long as he getting his money he DON'T CARE.  Please, don't go to this doctor, might treat you good at the doctor's office for the office visit fee, but after that HE SIMPLY JUST DON'T CARE.
