We had a horrible experience at this facility and it is our OPINION that the misdiagnosis and lack of monitoring at this facility led to the demise of our companion/ dog. This doctor was very uncaring, in fact, she never showed her face until our girl was in critical condition.

This facility employs interns who are, at least by this particular vet, not very well supervised. We had the money to pay for a test, requested the test,  our primary care veterinarian recommended that the test should be done, and AVS/Dr. Laszlo refused to do it. It is our we belief that this failure to run the proper tests and failure to properly monitor our companion led to her death.

In addition, the name of the facility is VERY misleading. This particular doctor is NOT a board certified internal medicine 'specialist', even though the name of the facility would lead you to believe that she is. They have top notch equipment at this facility, but if they don't know when to use it, what good is it. If you have anything seriously wrong with your pet and you are referred to this facility, I would advise you to either avoid this doctor, or take your pet to Gainesville, to the teaching hospital, as it is our opinion from firsthand knowledge that animals get much better care there than at this facility.
