The old Dr. Cooper and office staff I would have given a 10, but here recently there have been alot of changes for the worst. The new staff is uneducated, lazy, and unprofessional. Here are a list of things wrong with the office... 1. Dr. Cooper doesnt remember what medications you're on, he constantly contradicts himself, and talks himself in circles. You end up leaving the office thinking, huh? I question his mental status here lately. 2. The new staff is very unprofessional. If you ask them why something hasn't been done they blame the old office staff and say they were not doing their jobs. Even if this was true, comments like that are unprofessional and illegal! 3. If you call to have a precription refilled it takes them 3 days or more to get it done. This even goes for the life threatening medications such as medications for high blood pressure etc. 4. If you call for an appointment you can't get in until a week later or you are told go to the ER or MEC because he is too busy. This list could go on but I believe I got the importance across. This is patient neglect and something needs to be done before a patient suffers from Dr. Cooper and/or the new office staffs mistakes.
