On a workmans comp claim, Dr. performed a test and said the test was sent to the workman's comp board.  Weeks later after numerous calls, she said she would schedule test because she JUST got the approval for the test.  When asked about why the test had to be done again when it had already been done, she said, OH, no records, my computer was hit by lightening.  No back up files?? No paper trail?? How about the numerous times they SAID they sent report and didn't?  Now she refuses services!!  Only workmans comp neur. dr. in this small town, besides the bad bedside manner. And only decent office person doesn't work there anymore.
