I went in for a broken tooth... this turned into a huge and painful ordeal.  The initial appointment was OVER 5 hours!! It took them forever to get their act together and get the process started, then by the time they went to set my inlay (procedure was for inlay and crown) the novocaine had almost worn off, needing another shot..  No chance of getting the crown done on the same day....

SO, the next time I came in (a week later for the crown), I had developed an allergic reaction to something they used the week prior and I was MISERABLE with pain and sores.  So the Dr. proceeds to SHOVE cotton and irritate the heck out of the allergic reaction I had, and did not numb me to fit the crown.  THREE hours later, when I was finally ready to go (or so I thought), they kept fiddling with the crown and my nerve of my tooth until I was in SO much pain I wanted to walk out of there!  This was the single worst dental experience of my life! 

It has since been almost a month, and I have not had a day that I have not been in pain.  The next available appointment with them is not until Mid-November.  This was SO not worth the over $600 I spent on this procedure. 

My recommendation:  GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
