 Not given This organization appears to represent the needs of workers compensation insurance companies and their lawyers only.  Advice to any potential patient is to observe and research where the patient pool originates from and where this doctor's priority interests may lie. If you are a WC patient who is seeing this physician not by choice, it is in your best interest to have supporters physically present throughout your treatment and care. I did not visit this physician by choice and doing so was harmful to my recovery and health.  The 2 times I had appointments, I was always the only patient in the waiting room.  In addition, this doctor's personality and presence is arrogant and ill-mannered.  I was very uncomfortable being in a room alone with him. This type of doctor makes one question the medical profession.

DR. Sabety isnt a good doctor. He carries his tape recorder in his pocket and presses the button when you talk. He first said I was not a candidate for back fusion. But I found a doctor who knew his job, and he did the back fusion on me. I am more flexible than I was. I might have occurred damages to my left leg because of the delay of any help from worker's compensation which is a joke all together. If they would weed out the real injured patients we would not have to wait so long and be in this system which is a nightmare.
