Terrible. Over a year after treatment this claim is still being processed by insurance. The dentist took months to submit the claim to insurance and failed to supply the request back-up information. A year later and they are still not supplying the insurance company with what they need to pay the claim (therefore obviously I am responsible for the entire amount - for now). Office is unorganized and dentist is rude. Even though the delay in insurance payment is the fault of the dentist office they sent my account to collections and I had to pay a high collection cost along with everything else. I would not go to this dentist.
