This Doctor tries to sell to much of his vitamins. He needs to focus more on the needs of his patients. I see in the staff a little scared of the doctor, that made me a little nervous.

I called to make an appointment a week prior to the scheduled time. During that initial phone call...I provided my name, insurance information, etc...I also asked for the address. Verified the suite number as well as a distinguishing placemark...next to the Harley Davidson building. (which there is only one of) I arrived at my scheduled time and gave the receptionists my name. They didnt have me in the system..They asked me if I was SURE I was in the right place...which I was. They turned and started talking to eachother (as if I werent still standing right there) and suggested that I called some other place and basically just showed up in the wrong establishment. I spoke up and advised them that I am in the right place and that its not MY error...its theirs! So they seemed very put out and they would 'try to get me in today' but I had to fill out a slew of paperwork before hand. They feverishly tried to run the insurance information. Seemed to me that they were SO put out by the situation. I went back to their desk and advised I was leaving... Heres the gist. Receptionists only job is to take information, and greet clients. If they are so inadequate that they cant do this simple task..i dont want to see what a 'doctor' in that office will do to me. A receptionist is your first point of contact....first impressions are everything doctors!
