I called to book an appointment and was put on hold for an extremely long time.  When I hung up and called back no one would answer the phone so I left a message to book an appointment and for someone to call me back.  I never received a call so I called back 2 days after and left another message for someone to call me back specifying when I would like my appointment.  After 2 more days still no call back.  I called again and was put on hold again and was hung up on.  I called back immediately and again no one answered so I left another message.  After 3 days still no call back so I called again and they stated Dr. Lasaleta just went away on vacation for 2 weeks!  I was furious that nobody called me back to tell me this so I could see him sooner.

Even with an appointment I am waiting to see this doctor for at least 1.5 - 2 hours past my appointment time.  The service I have received is absolutely ridiculous and now I know why some of the doctors of this clinic have left.  Dr. Lasaleta is not interested in quality patient care, only volume of patient care.  I know of 2 friends who have been waiting for forms to be signed and faxed to them but they have been waiting months!  It is sad to know that this type of medical service exists in Calgary.
