Worst dental experience I have ever had. First the dentist did not perform what I asked of him, more importantly his condescending tone about my teeth did not help. Furthermore, the staff, particularly Sheryl could not be more pretentious and uncourteous. Sheryl, was shaking as if her hands were earthquakes as she was attempting to take my xrays. She was shaking so badly that she was screwing up and had to take the xrays over, and over again. She did not apologize for this or the discomfort it was causing me. The dentist filled my cavity only to leave it not fully intact. There is still a hole in it! When I asked why he explained that this tooth would one day need to be pulled and there was no sense in making this tooth normal. He did that with out even consulting me, the patient, the customer first. All over this office is pictures of his children and wife, but a family man he is not. He is not courteous, or comforting. He is overpriced and extremely rude. He did not accommadate my feelings or appreciate my business. Will never go again!!

Office is filled with beautiful decorations, the newest equipment, TV's, and refreshments. You are greeted with smiling faces, and the pretense of concern by all. Later, when you experience a problems with dental care given, you are not treated well at any level. He then reads his notes back to you, however, his notes are not at all factual. I feel he misrepresented his statements as well as mine. He has your money, you have financial and emotional pain, and a useless set of dentures. Too bad dental sessions are not recorded, so each person would be held accountable for the truth. He is the best according to him, he did his best, and too bad your teeth are worthless. What did I expect he asked.? Teeth that would chew food better, than my old teeth of 15 years, was my reply. He suggested that I chew with my old teeth then, if they worked better. I felt I was due at least some refund! He could not adjust them anymore to help, he could not record my bite, and absolutely No refund, No reason for my return to his office. Fortunately, I found another Dentist that could perform all he promised, at half the cost, and beautiful quality!
