Nephesh and Dr. Langstroth was wonderful to work with. Their concept of treating the whole person was intelligent and making the experience approachable and elegant was very important to me. I would recommend Nephesh and Dr. Langstroth to anyone looking for balance and complete wellness in their lives. I have started Pilates with Audrey and have already lost 10 lbs!!! I can feel myself longer and stronger. After Pilates I get massage from Jennifer every 2 weeks. Another asset to the team. Fantastic healing hands. I have been to Veronica for microdermabrasion. She has started me on a skin renewal program and my skin is glowing. I don't know what else to say, except for that NEPHESH has the perfect combination of practitioners. What more do I need?
