I never  made it past the receptionist. I was waiting to be an approved canidate to be seen by Dr.Brewer and 6 weeks later I called to find that I was not in their system and it was my fault. I had to call my insurance carrier to re-fax the paperwork and again have my Doctors office fax over my clinical history. Even though my insurance company faxed over the approval number 6 weeks before today I was at the bottom of the page to be contacted for an appointment. When I questioned her about being at the bottom of the list she proceeded to tell me that I was yelling at her.I asked for her name as she never answered the phone with a name then with a additude asked me for my name as I gave it to her and asked yet again for her then she put me on hold.Obviously the receptionist is a good idea of the possiable care that migh be prestented at this office. The doctor may be good but his hired staff is the worst I have ever came upon!!!
