doctor not accessible to patients; will not return calls or respond to patient requests. Staff will return calls but takes incomplete or incorrect msgs. Office will bulk up billing with labs and testing; but provide little advice or discussion of test results. Nursing staff very impatient if you don't accept their 'authority'. Exams are cursory; should not go for any conditions which are serious.
