The blonde receptionist is extrememly rude as is the 'office manager'. The receptionist throws your credit slips at you and says sign here, does not say please or be courteous in any way, when I said please after she rudely said sign there she said it wasn't a question I said you can say please and returned the slip in the same fashion it was received and went to sit down and she goes here and threw my receipt slip at me in which I told her she is a bitch and I am going to report her she said you do that, then the pleasant office manager came out and turned it around on me so I said I want my money back and i will go to another Doctor then she decides to change her tone and attitude, sorry too late.  Then I get a ridiculous letter that they can 'no longer provide me medical services'. What a joke.   I don't have any names cause they don't seem to have one as the office manager introduced herself just as that with no name to go with it.   Very rude.

I've never been treated so badly by any office staff, or been 'dismissed'.
