Dr Renouard is incredibly thorough and explains information in a way that is comprehensive yet easy to grasp. I am full confident in being his patient. I would encourage anyone to see him as a patient. The Nursing staff is pleasant and knowledgeable and take the time to follow through. The staff that checks patients into the clinic however is awful. They are rude and curt. |

Wow, a PCP who actually LISTENS. Dr. Renouard is the best primary care doctor I have had. He does not ignore your symptoms, is very caring, and is concerned about your overall health. His nurse is absolutely wonderful too! She is always pleasant on the phone if you need to call her, and always follows through with what she says she is going to do. I've never had a problem getting a same day appointment when I needed one. A++++++ for Dr. Renouard, his nurse, and the broadway clinic.
