They gave us a 9am appointment for my 4 year old son after his initial exam (looked in his mouth only) and told us not to give him anything to eat or drink after 8pm the night before. We were there ahead of schedule the next morning, and by 4pm my son was almost passing out of starvation and thirst, and they still had only weighed him and taken his blood pressure. Technicians would come into the room to get supplies and walk out without saying anything. If I said "Hello" they just yelled back at me something inaudible. They also had said they wanted to give him a root canal for a cavity that he still has without any x-rays or without seeing an actual dentist. In fact, they said they wanted to give him a crown on his two front teeth- amazingly without any genuine exam and with still no doctor in sight. When we'd had enough, we told the front desk attendant why we were leaving and she was very rude, my husband called them right then as well and they hung up on him. They have still never refunded our money, and worst of all they committed insurance fraud since they did bill the insurance for the service.
You guys better RUN back to where you came from, because that kind of crap won't last around here!
