I gave this doctor a 2 only because I did manage to get an appointment. He was inconsiderate and unprofessional. I waited well past my appointment time both times I saw him. He often left the door open or re-opened it during both appointments. I even had to ask him to close the door before beginning an exam! Then he wanted to discuss very private matters in his office with staff around and again with the door open. He treated me like a dumb child, brushed off my questions as unimportant and told me my concerns were unfounded. I tried to switch doctors within the same practice and he denied me the ability to see one of his colleagues so I was forced to switch to a different practice, but I'm glad I did! There I was treated with respect and promptly diagnosed and treated for several medical problems, the same concerns I asked Dr. McKenna about and he didn't find worth his time. Not only would I recommend anyone who values respect and consideration avoid this doctor, but I'd recommend they avoid the clinic where he practices! Simply horrible!
