Arguably the best experience I have ever had at a dentist in my life.  The staff was attentive to my needs from the moment I entered the office.  Aasking me if they could get me a refreshment, was looking for a particular magazine.

Then the hygienist was unbelievable.  Aside from her uncanny ability to calm me and speak to me as if we were friends.  Just a very gentle and careful worker.

Lastly and most importantly, Dr. Herman was like a rockstar.  He knew the answer to every question I had about my procedure and was as cool as a cucumber.  I think that he also has  PhD which would explain his indepth knowlwedge of the mouth and tooth structuires.  Not sure though obviously.  In all an amazing experience.  Dr. Herman is why NYC should be known for its doctors!
