I had to wait 2 hours and when I finally got in the examining room, the doctor talked to me for five minutes, left again, and came back in, only to talk about my looks and not my medical problem. He looked very unprofessional (dressed like he was going to a rodeo) with no lab coat, etc. He made inappropriate comments the whole time about how pretty my eyes were and asked me about my belly ring, etc. I am only in my early 20's and a college student with medical problems and he is old enough to be my father. He didn't ask me anything about my kidney problems. Then I got a bill in the mail for $195 and they didn't tell me when I went in that they didn't accept my insurance. Now I have to pay out-of-pocket for the office call, which was a total waste of time and accomplished nothing. I changed doctors immediately and never went back. I also took a friend along with me and he made inappropriate comments to her as well. We were flabbergasted when we left there that day! Also, when I asked the office staff about the bill, the lady was extremely rude to me.

I have to disagree with this score. Dr Jensen went to school for a very long time, and I'm sure he's made many sacrifices to be this good. It's not his fault he has so many people to see and he has many referral's, so that should say plenty about his reputation. so I'll sit there for two hours or what ever it takes because I know he'll do his very best to make me comfortable and try to fix what ever is ailing me. he walks in the room with a big goofy grin and thats very calming. As far as his staff they deal with every patient with much respect and make you feel very comfortable,also his assistant Tammy is the best, I don't want any one touching me but her, she is kind and very gentle and I'm sure Dr.J has taught her plenty. I'vie added my e-mail because I don't feel the need to hide my comments.
