I would strongly advise NOT going to this Doctor if you want to maintain your privacy and if you do not want to be continually asked for payments which you have already made for YEARS to come.
Secondly, the doctor did help me by giving me drugs (that is his job) however, your gp or ob/gym will also do this and probably give you more attention. I don't think he even remembered my name and certainly did not know what was going on with me. He always had to look into the file (in front of me) to get a recap. Even then I had to listen to the same old generic speeches that were not necessarily directed at me.
Thirdly, I paid cash for my visits so that I would have privacy. This incompetent office continually billed my insurance company (when I already paid in full by cash) and when I told them that that particular company was not my insurer any longer.
The drugs did help. I needed them at the time and that is the only reason I went. I am off them now but still dealing with collection agencies asking me for $ years later.
