I had shoulder surgery on both my left & right shoulders to repair torn muscles.

After my first surgery on my right shoulder, I re-injured my shoulder 12 hours after surgery and went back to the therapy dept. the next day & advised them of the incident.  They ignored me, said the pillow under my arm was not put on properly after surgery and they readjusted.  I kept. complaining of a problem with my right shoulder which was ignored.  I even went back to the doctor 11 months later and complained my right shoulder was still bothering me.  She did the manual test they normally do and said my arm was fine.  I even begged for the SECOND time to please do an MRI on my right shoulder which she refused to do.

To make a long story short and after being in pain for the past three years I finally got a doctor to do an MRI (which I might mention that doctor too said he did not think anything was wrong with my shoulder it was my neck causing the problem).

Well when the second doctor got the MRI back it confirmed a almost full thickness tear in the same muscle that had been repaired before.  And the problem now in the city is that another doctor does not want to touch you if another surgeon did the previous surgery.

DR. LEE STEROTYPED ME AND WOULD NOT LISTEN TO MY CONCERNS & SIMPLY DISMISSED THEM.  Why won't doctors listen to their patients when we actually live in our bodies and most of us know when something is wrong.  Since I had a previous injury and went through a previous surgery, I knew what the problem was, but just kept getting pain medicine to mask the problem until the pain was more than the medicine would take care of.  So here I sit in pain, can't use my shoulder, no medicine and looking for a doctor that is willing to repair my right shoulder, not to mention finding one my insurance  considers in network.   THE DOCTORS GET THEIR MONEY AND WE BECOME THE VICTIMS!!!!!
