2007 hospital is very dirty, not orginized or cleaned daily.  Examination rooms are not being properly cleaned after each patient's appointment.

I totally agree.  Dr Handel forgot to give pain medication to kitten after nuetering and on top of that, charged for the meds!  No instructions were given after the surgery except don't feed him until an hour after we get home - no instructions to feed him less than the regular size feeding for a couple of meals at least.  Kitten was vomiting and had diarrhea.  In resolving the issue, I find out that there should have been a 3rd distemper vaccination.  None was scheduled and I was never informed there should have been 3 until I asked very detailed question about everything that's been on the bill.  NEVER recommend this vet.  There are other issues on top of these.
