Not a good experience.  I had originally started out with another doctor of this practice who did a test for neuropathy in my feet and found that I have neuropathy in my feet & calves.  (I also have the onset of neuropathy in my hands)  I was prescribed Lyrica for the nerve pain.  Anyway, the previous doctor left the practice but nevertheless the test results are in the file and I did see Dr. DeBarr who examined my feet and yet when it came time to renew my prescription for Lyrica the pharmacy called the Dr's office& didn't get any response.  So I asked for them to try again.  Nothing.  So I called and still nothing.  Over a week went by and I still didn't get the prescription I needed for the horrible feelings in my feet & calves that range from burning, to tingling, to hurting, to numbness.

What REALLY bothers me more than anything is that if this doctor felt she needed to see me again she could have called and said so.  And that goes the same for the test for neuropathy!  If she wasn't satisfied with the other doctor's findings (although a chart graph is a chart graph when produced by a machine) she COULD have ordered the test again but instead I got no response whatsoever.

Just supposed to suffer I guess.  Very unprofessional.
