Patient is my daughter.

Patient had to wait almost 3 months to be seen after initial visit for her fillings.

Patient had to wait 35 minutes past her appt time before being brought back to the dentist chair.

Patient had to listen to a patients screaming baby for 45 minutes, this baby had a caretaker that could have taken the child somewhere else. Instead, office staff was upset that I asked that they be asked to leave the office as the screaming fit was echoing throughout the office. Afterwards the dental assistant was rude to me and my daughter due to the fact that the screaming tirade preceded my daughters treatment and it scared her.

Doctor and his assistant began a conversation while ignoring the patient during treatment. This conversation was gossip about another employee that was absent that day. Patient had to listen to this gossip from 2  so-called professionals for the duration of her treatment.

Doctor and his staff failed to advise how many office visits would be required to fill all of her fillings. At this time, the second office visit they advised we would need to come back 2 or 3 more times. When making the appt, the secretary gave us an appt for 2 months later. At this point my patience had had it and I had to make a scene just to get her to make back to back appts.

Would not recommend this office, you are a mere product on an assemnbly line. Go out of town to get a better doctor. We had to use Medicaid and we were treated like dirt for it. When making complaint to the office manager they refused to give the full name of the assistant who was so rude and refused to let me speak directly to the doctor.
