I have worked for this dentist a while ago. She over-charges the patients, and is very sneaky about returning extra payments back to the patients parents. You must call over and over again for payments, and almost to the point of begging for your own money that the insurance company covered you for. A trick dentist use, they keep your refunds until it's convenient for them. She calls you in for treatment and recommends all types of treatments that are not needed. This office gives employees tips on how to convince the patients parents to making them do the treatments that are not needed. The employees there are monitored via camera, and have to watch what they say. Do yourself a favor, find someone who is honest, and isn't so money hungry. The office is very nice, and they have to up the prices & convince you to get services you don't need to pay for it. They have a nice x-ray machine, but if you try and take the x-rays, they will charge you a processing fee for trying to relocate it out the office.

I have been taking my kids to Dr. Yang since 2005 and I wonder if this employee was there during one of my appointments.
I personally never felt that I was asked to do treatment beyond what was necessary. If that is the case, I wonder why in most of my appointments, we were only asked to come back in 6 months since no treatment was necessary.
I don't want to brag, but I am diligent about my kids' teeth, but other kids my no be so lucky and I have parents like us
I have question to starkey1030: Why having cameras bother you? Nowadays, a lot of businesses have cameras and I actually feel, as a parent, safer with them then without any cameras.
