Scheduled appointments are often 4 or more hours behind schedule, particularly if patient is not fortunate enough to receive a first appointment for the day.  Even then, patient cannot depend on the doctor's timely arrival nor focused attention.  Tests are not readily available, and many cell phone calls and other interruptions prevent conversational continuity.  While she is very empathetic, a rarity in medicine today,  much could be improved by a reasonable schedule and focused attention without interruptions, particularly for those professionals who must conduct their own business in a professional manner.

Dr. Roefer is obviously an excellent doctor, as I was referred to her by a friend, but only those who can sacrifice a full day for an appointment.
