This dentist should not be practicing. Her dental work alone is horrible and painful. She forced an oversized, ill-fitting bridge into my mouth. As she tried to force it in, it slipped from her finger down my throat. I coughed it up and she still put it in...permanentely. It's oversized, painful and my new dentist says her work is an embarassment. Also, she worked on my only good side that didn't even bother me. She attempted to remove a cavity, got too close to the nerve, had to perform a root canal and she missed a nerve. I had to go out of pocket to another dentist to fix this. Her care is completely substandard. On top of that, she overcharges for her services, gives vague descriptions, charges full price while collecting checks from the insurance company. Her billing methods are extremelly quesetionable. She overcharged me via my financing company by almost $3000 and has patients sign contracts that I've discovered are fruadulent saying that she can collect %10 of your estimated costs if you leave her care. When I asked her to reduce that amount becuase I couldn't afford $12,000, and refund $6000 back to the financing company, she took %10 out of that even though I was still under her care. Basically she defied her own contract aggreement which was already illegal. When I brought this to her attention she didn't attempt to get the %10 from me when I actually left her care. Overall, this is a greedy, shady and sloppy dentist who I'd strongly advise not going to.
