Dr. McAlindon fixed an ankle problem I had been having for 21 years. He made it like new again. I have NO pain whatsoever, and he has a WONDERFUL bedside manner. He remembers people, too. He remembered my husband and what he operated on years after his surgery when he showed up with me at an appointment. He diagnosed my husband's torn ACL very quickly after 2 other surgeons had actually done surgery and not gotten right. He ran the tests we requested with asking questions or arguing. I would recommend him to ANYONE of any age or any orthopedic ailment. He's in with a group that started in another state. They have a few locations. He's in our town twice a month. That's about my only complaint. I did have to go out of town for the surgery and to have my cast put on after being in a splint for 2 days, but it was only about 50 miles or so away. 'Dr. Bob' is the best orthopedic/sports medicine doctor I have ever met, and he has a wonderful personality. He obviously really cares for his patients. I appreciate everything he did for me. The surgery was a breeze, recovery wasn't bad, and I'm good as new! Yeah!
