In brief, Dr Levey prescribed potent prescriptions to me, a patient at the time.  The liability and duty of the caring physician is to make sure the well being of his patient is looked at and cared for under his care.  I saw him one time, with prescribed actions and treatments to take.  Dr Irwin Levey and his staff failed to follow up with the patient, even after several attempts have been made by the patient day after day for four days only to be scolded for not following up when he finally did reach someone who informed him of his next step.  I was in pain Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday before he was finally told to stop taking a medication that was helping me, and at that point, I knew I could then go back to his prior pain medication.  The staff had been nasty in every case except one when reached to attempt to find out what care was needed.
