If there was a rate of zero, I would give it to this endodontist. My regular dentist does not perform root canals, so I was referred to the Endo group. Dr. Alawadhi was very cold, and under-sedated me. In the middle of the procedure, I started feeling the files he was using. The nerves were not sedated. I jumped and made it very clear that this was getting very, very painful. Rather than stopping and assessing the problem (the sedation was not working) he kept on with the procedure. I was yelling, crying, I had my knees up, grasping my thighs and he just kept on working. He kept telling me ' I'm almost done'. I wanted to jump out of there and run but was intimidated. He had a hole in my tooth. Dr. Alawadhi has impressive credentials, but his root canal therapy was barbaric, cruel and brutal. I would never recommend this endodontist to anyone. I filed a formal complaint with the Endo Group and they apologized for the pain inflicted for the local anesthesia. I never complained about the anesthesia, it was the brutality and trama during the root canal. I was never fully sedated in the work area and they refused to acknowledge this. He wanted to keep his schedule with the next patient. Integrity is another big zero. I paid $950.00 for the most horrific, tramatic dental appointment.
