***BUTCHER********** Performed 'unecessary' bypass surgery on a patient. Removed patient's rib just to see if he can do it that way as an 'Experiment'. He discarded patients rib making patient's heartbeat visible. The chart was 'altered' to falsely show patient has heart pain. Patient did Not have heart pain (angina), patient had acid reflux and Dr. Fontana was fully aware of this fact.
