I went to Dr. Lueking about thyroid nodules and a biopsy recommeded by my family doctor. The procedure was scheduled but at no time was I told to not take 2 of my regular meds. Consequently, when my husband traveled to the hospital for the biopsy, I was told it was a wasted visit; radiology protocol prevents the thyroid biopsy unless there has been a 2 day vacation from the mobic and the spirolactone. We wasted an hour trip, half a tank of gas, and half a day not to mention put myself in danger because of staff incompetence. I have had many surgeries since I was 21, and I have never run into staff incompetence like this. I will never return to Dr. Lueking's office. |
