Dr. Klaz is a very caring and helpful doctor; I got my appointment scheduled the day I called and asked for one. Nobody's time was wasted...I even got a free consultation. As long as you fill out the forms beforehand and don't sit there taking the doctor's time filling them out, you will spend alot less. Dr. Klaz even speaks russian, which makes it easier for my husband and parents to communicate with him. Overall, his service is very good.
