Well, I see that time is best spent being the 'Simon Cowell' of Carteret County.  My advise to the obviously uneducated author of this grammatical error in print is to GET A LIFE!!!   That sign is meant to get the public thinking and sometimes it's quite comical.  I fail to see where the stated sentence 'If you date eye candy you can get pink eye' points a direct finger at Dr. Gray for being chauvinistic (this is the correct spelling of this word by the way) and perverted.  I assure you he is neither!!!!   He is married to a very beautiful & intelligent woman and I have NEVER  seen or heard him treat women with anything but pure respect.  I would surely trust him to take care of my mother, sister, and my best friend who are all very strong, intelligent, beautiful women.  Dr. Gray has children of his own whom he adores and I have seen him around other children and they love him because he's got a kind, trusting nature about him.   Please, before you write anymore nonsense about topics or people that you certainly don't know a thing about maybe you could stop and just 'smell the roses'.  Lighten up....the signs are for your entertainment not your criticism.
