Staff completely incompetent. They sent me medical information about two other patients with their names and addresses. They sent me a bill last month for services in 2004. The amount was over and above the agreed to cost of the service. Dr. Agrawal agreed to accept the medical insurance plus approximately $300 for a regular exam. The remaining amount is $195 which I have to pay since it will ruin my credit record if I do not. I have sent two letters, made 10 phone calls none of which were returned until yesterday. An office person said that Dr. Agrawal did not agree to this and I had better pay up. I have found the whole episode to be unprofessional and uncaring. This doctor should not be allowed to treat her patients like this.
