Office staff rude and condescending when dealing with matters of billing and payment. A single incident that was rectified by insurance caused me to be told I could not make an appointment after years of patronage. Asked repeatedly to have the dentist call me back, but he never did.

I had a similar experience with the Office staff. However, Dr. Tri and the professional staff were wonderful!
