I have been a patient of Dr Shead's for the past 9 years. No matter which office, the staff was able to make an appointment available within 24 hours of any 'high' profile issues. If a regular checkup/follow-up, within 1 week. There has never been any wait longer than 10 minutes in the lobby or in the treatment room. Dr. Shead has a wonderful bedside manor and I have recommended him to numerous people throughout the metro area.
