This Doctor would not honor what he and his office manager committed to.

They were paid up front 2700.00, guaranteed they would do what it took to resolve my TMJ problem. Guaranteed I'd get a full refund if I wasn't satisfied, and also if I didn't go on to the second phase of treatment. They also stated they knew my insurance company and they would be able to get my payments reimbursed.

They only adjusted my splint 5 or 6 times, then Dr. Slota said he would not treat me any longer unless I paid him 500.00 an adjustment, which takes Dr. Slota approx. 20 to 30 minutes. The last adjustmest he did was not correct, I told his staff and they said they didn't have time to get it right. I was left in worse pain than when I had come in for the adjustment. My front teeth were hitting when I closed my mouth to bite, I was in severe pain. Dr Slota knew this and didn't care about his committments to me as a patient. He only cared about the money.

In Dr. Slota's words, 'I will not honor my managers promises, and I will not lose any money over you'

His staff was present and did hear this.

This is a brief summary of my experience, I've been abused by  Dr. Slota and have asked for my money back and he has refused. I hope that no one else will have to experience his greed and irresponsiblity.
