I rescued a kitten from a Pitbull(had already killed sister) & called to see if they would help with finding it a home. They advertise that is what they do as a service.   Office staff very unfriendly & not helpful in getting appointment.  When I brought in the kitten at appointed time, I had to get to work & told them this on the phone.  They insisted I stay while they examined kitten even though it was going to make me late to work.  I said I couldn't stay.  The vet yelled at me & told me to get out of his office & take the kitten to work!!!!  It was very upsetting since I had made prior arrangements to take the kitten to their office. 

If this is they way they treat people, I would hate to see how they would treat your cat or kitten.  I have 3 kittens of my own & would NEVER consider taking them there.  My vet is wonderful & caring & considerate.
