I went to several doctors for consultations before I met with Dr. Crofts and knew the second I met Dr. Crofts I had to go with him. He has a great bedside manner and his staff was so knowledgable and friendly. I felt like they all really cared. One of the nurses even called me the night of my surgery to check on me. Dr. Crofts was a little behind the day of my consult so I waited to see him but he was definitely worth the wait and spent a lot of time with me even though he was running behind. He made my husband feel very comfortable as well. His pictures on his website are amazing and I had heard he was very skilled as a surgeon but didn't know he was such a fun person too. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend him to everyone I know.
