The doctor herself is friendly when you are in her presence and it almost seems like she cares about your health.  When I got sick, however, I contated her office and she never called me back.  Instead, she had one of her receptionists leave me a generic message on my voice mail telling me what over the counter medications to buy.  Because of the fact that I am in my 3rd trimester in my pregnancy, there was only one medication that was safe to take which did not address any of the symptoms I was having.  I informed her receptionist of this 2 days ago and asked if she could ask the doctor if there was something she could prescribe to me or anything else I could do.  She said she would call me back the same day with an answer but.... I am still waiting for that phone call......  I also had an appointment for an ultrasound that I set up weeks ago.  My husband requested time off work so he could be there for. Today just 1 business day before the appointment her receptionist contacted me to re-schedule it because 'the doctor will be out of town'.  Now my husband will not be able to make it to the next appointmet they were able to give me.  The office staff is very disorganized and rude and not very smart.  I called one day and informed the girl that answered the phone about something on my medical record, she put me on hold for 5 minutes came back on the phone and then told me the same thing I had just told her.  They brush you off and lose paperwork.  I did not feel like any of them care for my well being as a patient, instead I felt neglected and unnapreciated.  I have now found a new doctor and will never go back to Dr. Brewster.  There are other doctors out there who have the same level of education as her but will treat you better and really care about your health and not just wanna take your money.
