If you like:

calling for an appointment and being put on hold and eventually being hung up on and never called back...

like getting a reminder call the day before 'one time' but not the next....(inconsistency)

long wait times in a somewhat dingy waiting room  (the day I was there, there was one person on a stretcher with a urine bag, in obvious pain, for 20 minutes.)

being pressured to 'comply' with an expensive, time consuming physical therapy program in a small dreary room with little or no equipment

being pressured to specifically see 'only' their health psychotherapist

thinking you will be seeing Dr. Owen but realizing you will be handed off to 'the nurse' again, because he is 'too busy'

being treated like a drug addict and shamed by 'the nurse' in a nasty little room with stains on the floor and the same 'trash' still under the examining table from your last visit a month ago

By all means, go see Dr. Owen and the gang at Texas Pain Rehabilitation.  You'll get all this and a very big bill to boot.

I pray there are better options.  I can't believe the other review.

That's why I had to write this.  It just didn't make any sense when I read what that person wrote.  I was very disappointed in the treatment and care I received from them.  Awful experience for me.
