I used to live in Vacaville and moved to Stockton for work. I tried other dentists in my area and never really found one that convince me to replace Vacaville Dental Care. I travel nearly 60 miles every 3 months for my gum treatment maintenance to Vacaville. The staff and doctors are irreplaceable. Once you experience their office, other offices will suffer in comparison, in terms of fee being discussed and treatment being explained and taking time to get to know their patients. I never felt rushed in my treatment. They do a very thorough job and they guarantee their treatment. Much has been said about this office and the doctor and staff as a whole. I remain loyal to them. I have seen them grow from one doctor to now three and from two staff to ,if I am not mistaken 6. Call it crazy but I am willing to travel 60 miles just to see them. My appointments have always been fun anyways and very pleasant.

Well, I am glad to hear you had a great experience. What is very unusual is that everything you mentioned, was the complete opposite for us. In only 7 months of 'care' here is what we received. Please believe me, this is NOT a lie, nor exagerration:
-My gum treatment was painful(for at least a week) & did not notice any difference.
- I DID feel rushed in my treatment. There were many times when I was in the dentist chair having work done & dr Tuazon would tell me I needed something else done. You should not present new problems to patients while doing one job. Then put them on the spot to fix a new problem. Now that is pressure if you ask me. Of course, as a patient already in the chair you are likely to say yes...esp. if you are told 'it really needs to be done'.
-I've received much better patient care from other dentists in the past. This staff appeared fake to me...(especially if you can understand their language & they speak behind patients backs)
-They did not guarantee my treatment. After a major procedure, dr Tuazon never prescribed medication, until I asked for it. Never even called to see how I was doing. Then when I asked to be seen immediately(for excruciating pain), he had the nerve to tell me to get another dentists advice..twice!

You are 'lucky' to have received proper treatment, if that is what you think it is. Unfortunately, some of us on this website have been the victims of malpractice and painfully defrauded.
I only wish you the best of luck with them. I hope your 120 mile round trip to the Vacaville Dental 'care' is worthwhile. Again, please don't hesitate to reach me!:)
