I am getting a breast augmentation from Dr. Kayser in 2 days. I am completely confident that he will fulfill my expectations. I spent two weeks researching Dr. Kayser before I even made an appointment for the consultation. His website (imagebydesignmd.com) was very informational. I learned a lot about Dr. Kayser and the procedure that I am having done. After making the appointment, it was only 2 weeks and I was in. My appointment for the consultation was March 3rd and my Surgery is March 11th. Yes, only 8 days later! Good timing I guess. The staff was great. Dr Kayser is very honest, even telling me something I didn't want to hear, but it was true. He is a perfectionist and has an artistic outlook. Denise, the office manager really helped me relax about the surgery. She was wonderful! They both really took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I understood the procedure. If you found this post because you are considering plastic surgery please keep in mind that Dr. Kayser is board certified in Plasic Surgery. That is very important! I will update after my surgery on Tuesday but I know that I am in good hands with him and his staff. Feel free to email me if anyone has any questions about my experience.

Just another quick note. I recieved a beautiful bouquet of flowers today (1 day after surgery) at my home from Dr. Kayser and his staff. How thoughtful!
I feel great today and I think I will go back to work tomorrow, missing only 2 days of work.

I had a former procedure that needed correcting. Dr. Kayser was very knowledgable and helpful. He offers a breast lift leaving much less scarring than many other doctors. Dr. Kayser is a perfectionist and is a board certified cosmetic surgeon (my first surgeon was not). He was very kind and compassionate and didn't try to talk me into anything that I wasn't comfortable with (like the first to surgeons I saw did). His office staff is really helpful and kind, they even sent me flowers following my procedure. I can't say enough kind things about Dr. Kayser and the office staff. You will not find a more knowledgable doctor that truly loves his profession.

UPDATE
Just as I thought it would, everything went smooth. The surgery was at St. Johns Surgery Center (which is great incase anything ever goes wrong). The nurses there were wonderful and so was Dr. Kayser.
I will tell this, I was scared! It didn't hit me until the night before. It went very quick. I arrived at the hospital at 7am (1 hour late...oops) and I was on my way at about 11 am feeling fine. I even thought about stopping in at work to do a few things, but my husband wouldn't allow it.
I must say my breasts are still swollen of course, but they look great! I am so happy with them. Dr. Kayser gave me exactly what I wanted, which is round, full, beautiful breasts. It is going to be a wonderful summer!
