This Plastic Surgeons office was very unprofessional.  When checking in with the receptionist for my appointment, the receptionist answered her cellular phone while taking my payment.  The doctor came in the office for two ten minute segments expecting me to accept that as my 1 hour consultation time and to leave with unanswered questions.  Dr. Barton also did not use proper terminology; he referred to African Americans as “Black Folks”.  This was the worse consultation I ever had.
