I had a similar experience as the previous person who posted. I was once locked out of the office...but a few days later (about 2 weeks later) ... Dr. Jayanathan did personally call and apologize for any problems this may have caused. She said the office was in the middle of moving from one location to another and her staff forgot to call the patients and warn them. Once I went to her office another time... and my appointment was with Dr. Hardy (one of her associates in the office) and the doors to the office were locked until 10 minutes AFTER my appointment time. I and several other patients were outside the office freezing in the cold temperatures waiting for the staff to open the door. We could see the staff inside talking...so we knocked repeatedly on the door... when they finally opened the door the office staf had some HORRIBLE attitudes and were rude to several patients (most were older elderly patients too). Dr. Jayanathan is a very nice pleasant person...she is knowledgeable too... but her rude staff keep me from going to her office (unless I am unable to get an appointment elsewhere...). |
