I have been with this doctor for about 6 years and I miss 2 appointments this year and he refuses to give me any medication until I see him again. The thing is, they wouldnt even put my on the waiting list until next week(4 days away) and even then I am not assured to get an appointment. The wait for a regular appointment is about 1 month. I am on pain medication for a very painful injury and not having this medication means I will be in pain for over a week and not able to get out of bed. This isnt the only time things like this have happened. I have called this this doctor and waited all day to got no phone call back, I have called in medications early and he had not called them in on the correct date and sometimes making me wait for days to have them filled. (out of meds for 2-5 days at time). I have never abused or lost control of these meds and have regulated them according to his instructions. There is no reason to be treating me like this. We all make mistakes and forget about appointments. I offered to go in to see his PA and he still said I wouldnt be able to get my meds.I am going to leave this doctor. There is no reason to be treating his patients this way!
