We went to the office three times. The first time we waited an hour and a half before we saw anyone, and one of the nurses only asked us some questions. The second visit was better -- we didn't wait so long and my wife had an ultrasound. The third visit, we waited for over an hour again. When Elizabeth Janich arrived, my wife expressed that she was unhappy to wait so long, and she wasn't confrontational at all, but Elizabeth took her comment very personally. Elizabeth became contemptuous and hostile, was not at all empathetic or professional in her communication, and she told my wife that she could just go see another doctor. We were in the office for a total of 3 minutes. Not once during the three visits did we talk to the doctor, German Calonje.
