During IVF monitoring lab test results were incorrectly noted on the monitoring sheet which resulted in an egg retrieval that was performed too early.  After further investigation I found that the laboratory director was not licensed in the State of Florida, and was possibly found guilty of possession of cannabis in 2006 as noted on the clerk of the courts website.

Thousands of dollars were lost and much time wasted with this doctor's office.
