Besides Dr. Kallangowder, this office is terrible.  I went in for a sick child appointment with my 5 month old son and the front desk staff were so rude, trying to tell me I wasn't able to come without proper proof of insurance.  Finally they realized they could look it up and I went to wait in a room.  Then finally after talking with a nurse and filling out paperwork, someone came in and said I couldn't be a patient because I had switched doctor's for one appointment.  There is my baby with discharge coming out of his eyes and crying and I'm kicked out by the owner Dr. Camille Heeb.  I left my number for her, but since she's the one who had me kicked out, they said she probably wouldn't call.  I love our doctor and only switched because of the staff but came back because that's how good he is and decided it was worth it (now I'm not so sure).  I did not like the other doctor either and now I don't know what to do, it's too late in the day to take him anywhere and apparantly their policies are more important than my baby.  I just don't even understand what just happened, I'm so upset and wish everyone knew before getting themselves involved with this doctor.
